1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Launch Horizons, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our platform.

2. Services Provided

Launch Horizons provides access to educational programs, workshops, courses, and resources designed for teens, young adults, parents, and organizations.

Programs may be:

  • Live (virtual or in-person)

  • On-demand

  • Short-term or extended

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue services at any time.

3. Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

  • Parents or guardians are responsible for minors using the platform.

  • Facilitators must meet application and background check requirements.

4. Accounts and Community Access

To access certain features, users must create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Keep login credentials secure

  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.

5. Payments and Purchases

  • All prices are listed in USD.

  • Payment is required before accessing paid programs.

  • Live sessions must be purchased before the scheduled start time.

  • On-demand content is accessible after purchase.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Refunds may be considered in limited circumstances at our sole discretion.

7. Facilitator Terms

Facilitators agree to:

  • A 50/50 revenue split after setup fees are covered

  • A $150 per product setup fee (deducted from initial sales)

  • Monthly payouts issued at the end of each month

Facilitators may not have more than three unpaid setup fees at a time.

Launch Horizons reserves the right to approve or reject any content submitted.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including materials, branding, and systems, is owned or licensed by Launch Horizons.

Facilitators retain ownership of their content but grant Launch Horizons permission to host, promote, and sell it on the platform.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, or share content without permission.

9. Code of Conduct

Users agree to:

  • Respect all participants and facilitators

  • Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or harmful behavior

  • Use the platform for its intended purpose

Violations may result in removal from the platform without refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

Launch Horizons is not liable for:

  • Outcomes resulting from program participation

  • Technical issues outside of our control

  • Actions taken by users or facilitators

All services are provided “as is.”

11. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updates.
